This patient previously underwent a breast augmentation with 325cc saline implants placed under the muscle (subpectoral). In 2012, I exchanged her saline implants for high profile 500cc silicone gel implants. Adjustments were also made to her implant pockets, and her periareolar breast lift was revised.
Her “after” photos were taken seven years after her breast implant revision.
