Patient 1
This patient is a 35 year old who is 5’4″ tall and weighs 100 pounds. She had implants placed 11 years previously. They were saline implants on top of the muscle. She developed rippling and capsular contractures. During her revision, her capsules were removed (capsulectomy) and 325 cc silicone implants were placed. The patient did not want a breast lift.

Patient 2
This patient who is 5’2” tall and weighs 115 pounds initially underwent a breast augmentation in 1990. She developed a capsular contracture. Her revision involved removal of the capsules (capsulectomy) and placement of new implants (390 cc). The patient did not want to have a breast lift.

Patient 3
This patient underwent a breast augmentation in Utah in 1999. She developed symmastia (commonly called “uniboob”) shortly thereafter. I repaired her symmastia using internal sutures to separate the two implant pockets. She has saline implants with 360 cc of fill.
