Patient 1
This gentleman had only one complaint about his nose. He did not like the “hump.” However, he was very clear that he did not want an operated look. The hump was removed using a “closed” approach with no visible incisions.

This young man was bothered by the “hump” on his nose.

This young woman had two main complaints about her nose. She said it looked crooked and the tip was turned up. Both of these issues were addressed during her rhinoplasty.
